Sterling Johnson is a Deputy Project Manager at Griffin & Strong, P.C. Mr. Johnson previously worked as a court liaison for the Georgia Department of Human Services as lead case manager with jurisdiction over Clayton County. In addition, he managed subcontractors for the provision of services for family improvement and developed the Clayton County Fatherhood Initiative program. He also served as the Clayton County representative to the United Way Clayton County Advisory Board. This leadership role has directly influenced his ability to manage GSPC’s team in various jurisdictions, delivering projects on time and under budget.
Mr. Johnson is skilled in policy analysis, public administration, project management and planning, subcontractor management, as well as anecdotal research and data gathering. He earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus in Planning and Economic Development from Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Furman University.
