Boluwatife Jide-Olugbade
Data Analyst
Boluwatife is a Data Analyst at Griffin & Strong, where she uses data to support research, evaluation, and informed decision-making for the public sector. She has experience in data analysis, policy research, and stakeholder engagement across consulting, telecommunications, and applied research.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, an MPhil in Planning, Growth, and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is skilled in tools such as R, STATA, Python, PowerBI, and GIS, and enjoys making data easier to understand and use.
Before joining Griffin & Strong, Boluwatife supported research on technology and workplace accessibility for people with disabilities at the Center for Advanced Communications Policy and worked on community safety and digital equity initiatives at Verizon. She also gained consulting experience at Deloitte and contributed to urban development projects in Nigeria.
Boluwatife is passionate about inclusive policymaking and using data and technology to advance economic opportunity and social equity. At Griffin & Strong, she continues to leverage analytics to evaluate impact and improve outcomes.
