Missouri Regional Certification Committee (MRCC) Unified Certification Program (UCP) Training

The MRCC is comprised of five DBE certifying agencies in Missouri, including the City of Kansas City, Bi-State Development, the Missouri Department of Transportation, the Lambert Airport Authority, and the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority. The Committee is committed to providing ongoing professional development opportunities that promote consistent certification practices, improve program administration, and support uniform eligibility determinations across partner agencies.
