Attorney Wilson is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Tulane University Law School. In law school, she worked in Tulane's Environmental Law Clinic litigation against large oil companies operating in Louisiana. Upon graduation, she focused her practice on maritime law, insurance defense, contract law, and Civil Rights issues. 

Since joining GSPC, Morgan has developed a specialism in public procurement law and works closely with the GSPC Consulting Group.

TRINITY WILLIAMS

Project Management Coordinator

Trinity Williams attended Presbyterian College from 2018 to 2021 where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, minoring in English. Ms. Williams founded the campus’ first ever National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) chapter on campus. While at Presbyterian College, Ms. Williams focused on research that explored the impact of poverty, race, and morality on the death penalty in America. Currently, Ms. Williams is pursuing her Master's in Public Administration at the University of Georgia. While at the University of Georgia, Ms. Williams has focused on research examining jury racial bias in the courtroom within a suspect's conviction and length of sentencing.

She volunteers at the Black Men and Women of Valor, INC as a Partnership Coordinator. Ms. Williams also volunteers her time by working as a mentor for high school scholarship recipients. Raised in a family of educators, Trinity has a particular focus on education law, policy, and advocacy to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the school system.

She has served the firm previously as a Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager on multiple local and statewide disparity studies. As Project Management Coordinator, Ms. Williams ensures the success of the entire project management team in achieving timely, methodologically sound, and efficient project delivery for all GSPC Consulting clients.

Kevin Vega

Deputy Project Manager

Kevin Vega holds his BA in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Georgia, with a focus on Public Policy. Kevin has also participated in several prestigious fellowships, including the American Economic Association Summer Program, where he received advanced training in Economics at the Ph.D. level. During his time at UGA, Kevin worked with the PROPEL Rural Scholars program, collaborating with county officials to conduct economic research aimed at driving rural economic development. He has also conducted extensive undergraduate research in environmental degradation and economic inequality in Latin America.

In his previous role as a Data Analyst Intern at G&S, Kevin assisted in the management of large governmental datasets for statistical analysis and was heavily involved in business outreach. He has developed a deep appreciation for economic research and community outreach, which he leverages through his economic development efforts.

Courtney Clark

Deputy Project Manager

Courtney Clark earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Gender & Women’s Studies from Kennesaw State University. During her undergraduate studies, she focused her research on issues of disparity, culminating in a capstone thesis that critically examined American society through the lens of systemic inequities.

Courtney went on to complete her Master of Science in International Policy Management at Kennesaw State University, where she served as a Research Assistant on projects exploring civil aviation history, international terrorism, conflict management practices, and global security. During her graduate studies, Courtneyalso worked as a Law and Policy Analyst Intern with the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights where she conducted research on national crime trends and their relationship to crime victimization.

In addition, Courtney was selected to conduct original research for the U.S. Department of State, where she developed policy recommendations to mitigate transboundary haze in ASEAN and presented her findings before the Department. Her contributions to research and policy were recognized with the Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences Outstanding Scholar Award.

Courtney is passionate about research, advocacy, and policy analysis, and she is committed to addressing issues of equity and social justice through her work.

 Cadeala Troublefield

Project Manager

Cadeala Troublefield’s educational and professional background have been centered around her passions for civil and economic equality. At Spelman College, she was an active member of the school chapter NAACP, the United Negro Council for Women, served as a student ambassador, and studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, where she completed a social justice internship with a local nonprofit focused on social entrepreneurship. Cadeala has interned in town management in Biscoe, NC and has worked with a nonprofit in Troy, NC where she researched minority health.

Her research at Spelman College focused on the effects of underrepresentation in local municipalities on African American communities in rural areas.

Hanna Rowell

Project Manager

Hanna Rowell graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, additionally minoring in both African Languages and Literature and Swahili Language, Literature, and Culture. During her time at UGA, she was also a part of Georgia State Representative Spencer Frye’s Legislative Fellowship as a Legislative Fellow and Capitol Aid. Hanna recently completed her Master of Science in Development Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, fulfilling a degree focus in Applied Development Economics.

At LSE, she gained first-hand experience as a graduate consultant for a nonprofit organization in Rwanda where her team completed a 6-month project on community driven development to address the impacts of climate change. Her academic research has focused on environmental economics and politics, poverty, East African studies, and international development. Hanna is eager to apply her passions for research, community service, and advocacy to conduct important work for disparity research across the United States.

Thoai “Thomas” Tran

Data Analytics Coordinator

Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, which he earned in Vietnam. Upon relocating to the U.S., his passion for data analytics ignited when he pursued a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Throughout his time at Georgia Tech, he honed a diverse skill set, including proficiency in R Studio, Python, VBA, Tableau, and SQL, coupled with a strong analytical mind. Besides, Thomas engaged in various projects that involved manipulating and analyzing large datasets. His expertise in employing advanced data analytics techniques allows him to extract valuable insights from intricate data.

Thomas’ leadership proficiency developed during his tenure as the head of a six-member team at McKesson Corp for over four years. As a result, he is adept at bringing people together and working collaboratively to achieve common goals. In his role as Data Analytics Coordinator at GSPC, Thomas leverages his experience and knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Tobi Taiwo

Data Analyst

Tobi has an undergraduate background in Computer Science and is currently studying at Georgia Institute of Technology, where she is working towards getting her Masters in Analytics. Tobi is also a Data Science fellow with Data Science for All by Correlation One where she works with other data professionals on projects geared toward creating social and business impact. She has previously served as an IT Intern and an IT Support Specialist where she utilized her skills—which span website designing, quality assurance and IT support—for various organizations. Now at GSPC, she seeks to put her data analytical skills to use in support of the firm’s mission.

Kalvin Walden

Data Analyst

Kalvin Walden attained his A.S. degree while still enrolled in high school. Subsequently, Kalvin attended Florida State where he studied Statistics and Mathematics. He is proficient in multiple programming languages including R, Sas, Excel, and more. He has previously served as a Data Technician in the healthcare industry where he used his skills to extract data, analyze trends, and keep track of pertinent measures. Kalvin now aspires to use his data analysis skills to support the firm's mission of advancing economic development within the communities they serve.

Christian Perez 

Data Analyst

Christian’s technical and professional experience originates from the field of physics. While obtaining a bachelor’s degree in physics and a minor in computer science from Kennesaw State University, he maintained multiple research positions in faculty lead groups and national laboratories, presented his findings at several conferences, and co-authored a publication in a scientific journal. This research often required knowledge of complex computer programming techniques, distributed computing, mathematical models, and strong analytical skills.

Christian has analyzed data sets from self-built Monte-Carlo simulations that contained over 3.2 billion entries using Linux based high-performance computing clusters. He has experience in coding languages such as C++, Java, Python and Fortran and multiple data visualization programs like ROOT, Gnuplot, and Matplotlib.

He joined Griffin & Strong, P.C. as an intern during his undergraduate study, and quickly became passionate about applying modern computational scientific methods to the team’s disparity studies and is now a full-time member.

 Tonya Smith

Tonya Smith has previously worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at GSPC and currently manages all of the firm’s day-to-day administration, reporting directly to the Executive Team. She has worked previously with SYGMA, Regus Group, and Corporate Office Centers and has broad administrative expertise in payroll processing, office management, customer relations and performance optimization.

Dylan fisher

Senior Bid Coordinator

Dylan’s professional and educational background has been centered around criminal and social justice issues, specifically affecting those impacted by the criminal justice system. She previously worked for the Georgia Department of Corrections and the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles. During her master's of public policy program, Dylan’s research focused on abolishing the death penalty, the moral, financial, and legal challenges associated with misdemeanor and felony probation in Georgia, and racial discrimination and bias in our criminal justice system.

Dylan is currently the Senior Bid Coordinator at GSPC, managing all aspects of the proposal process and clarifying the firm’s methodology and skills for potential clients and funding bodies.

 Anna Strobel

People Operations Coordinator

Anna Strobel graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She conducted research in a multitude of courses at KSU.

With the desire to shift into the field of Data Analytics, Ms. Strobel started at GSPC as a Data Analytics Intern. Over the course of her internship, she began to assist the Operations Team. Upon graduation, Anna worked directly under the COO, Dr. Imani Strong, using her research skills to improve processes, maintain operational excellence, and support the GSPC team. 

Ms. Strobel now manages the firm’s recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations to ensure maximum productivity and staff well-being. Anna is passionate about helping to drive the firm’s organizational success by creating an equitable and positive work environment for all staff members.
